Here, attorneys who may represent white collar criminal defendants gain an understanding of both the purpose and scope of mitigation. Additionally, viewers are introduced to several methods by which outside, complementary resources can be used to supplement representation. It also addresses how to avoid other common issues, such as mental health issues and challenges regarding prejudices by the prosecution.
