Website Usage Questions

Programs are available online to all firms wishing to assist their attorneys in obtaining their CLE credits. Please email customer.care@celesq.com to obtain a coupon code for your firm. Once an attorney has completed a program, your firm will be billed $30 each for the cost of each certificate which will be issued as a download once the attorney has completed the affirmation for the particular program.

What kind of equipment do I need to listen to programs online?

You need a computer with a Web Browser (Internet Explorer version 7.0 or better) and speakers for the online audio and an Internet connection. You don't have to log on from the same computer each time-any computer with the features listed above and the appropriate internet access can be used simply by logging on with your e-mail address and private password.

What if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, click on 'Celesq® Members Login Here'. Then click on 'Forget Your Password?'. Enter the email address you designated as your preferred email when you registered. You will then be emailed a new password.

What happens if I accidentally close the program and I was not finished listening to it?

If you accidentally close the program before you are finished listening, follow the steps below

  1. Logout out from celesq.com by using the menu or simply visit the following link.

  3. Close all browser windows. (If you need to keep your other tabs open, ensure you logout from celesq.com)
  4. Open a new browser window and login to your account https://celesq.com/
  5. If you find the login page does not require you to provide your username/password repeat step 1 and 2.
  6. Return to your 'My Programs' area and continue listening to your program.

The program will play right from where you left off. If the system does not allow you to start from your last know audio position (variation of ~ minus 60 seconds from the last known time stamp), please try the above using a different browser or device once. If this is still the case, please log a support request to customer.care@celesq.com or visit https://www.celesq.com/contact-us and fill out the form with your details. Ensure you mention the program number or title and date/time of the issue.

Are programs available on the production or program date?

Programs are recorded on the program date set forth in the description and generally become available approximately 7 to 10 days thereafter. From time to time, certain programs require additional editing and are not available until approximately 30 days after the production date.

I have a firm code. How do I get access to the programs?

You will need to enter your firm's code when creating your account with Celesq. That will give you access to listen to as many programs as you would like. If you do not have a firm code, but are interested in setting one up, please contact Michael Mirsky, CEO, at mjmirsky@celesq.com or customer care at customer.care@celesq.com
