This session will be devoted to ‘Working the Case Up: The Investigation, the Case Management Plan, and Ethical Issues You May Face’ with a specific emphasis on the development of your essential understanding of the skills required to be at effective at trial.
This course is to serve as the one of the phases of preparing yourself for trial and will help you understand the essentials to being effective in the trial forum. The other phases include practicing in simulations, serving as a second chair and participating in trial, and last trying cases as a first chair.
