This CLE will discuss the causes of action and potential causes of action in the bankruptcies related to J&J (LTL), Boy Scouts, Purdue and Mallencrodt. We will discuss the various appeals to and rulings of the circuit courts and the effect they will not only have on the specific mass torts mentioned above, but on how they will affect mass tort cases in general.
