Click here to find out moreIn this program, we will introduce common cognitive and cultural biases that legal professionals are likely to experience, or encounter in others, in the course of practicing law. Using real-life examples, we will then explore how these biases impact legal professionals’ decision-making, specifically in interactions with clients and colleagues. By using a question-and-answer, conversational format centered around real examples, this program will provide a framework for participants to reflect on their own lived experiences, and to identify how they personally can engage more mindfully and effectively with diverse clients and colleagues.
