The False Claims Act continues to be the federal Government’s number one fraud fighting tool. Whistleblowers play a critical role in bringing fraud to the Government’s attention and lead to billions of dollars being returned to the federal fisc annually.

The purpose of this program is to highlight FCA trends in cases, settlements and court opinions a year into the Administration’s enforcement priorities.
