The course will cover topics from when you first agree to represent your client through trial..
This session will focus on preparing to tell your client’s story and putting that story into a compelling complaint that gets the attention of the defendant and its insurer. This not just a pleading, but the Complaint and the initial strategies of the case should focus on taking advantage of the case facts to present a strong case for your client. Pleadings are more than just documents focusing on the technical requirements, but they are also important in the story-telling aspect of this type of civil litigation. Here you will hear more how to present your client’s case to take advantage of the story involved.
