This CLE presentation will focus on nonimmigrant and immigrant visa options for foreign national entrepreneurs, including E and L nonimmigrant visas and transitioning to a green card through the EB-1, EB-2 or EB-5 preference categories. The CLE also will discuss the International Entrepreneur Parole program administered by Department of Homeland Security.
