I’ve noticed that there are few basic introductions to coverage work.
I will discuss why coverage is important, how to read policies, the duty to defend and indemnify, giving notice of claim, relevant evidence, disclaimers, and coverage litigation. It will be a general course that will be useful nationwide because any legal issues will not be state specific.
