This course, presented by Wyatt Partners (a corporation that focuses exclusively on evaluating both legal spend and litigation settlements), addresses today’s hot topics on this timely issue – both from an in-house and outside counsel perspective. Settlement of a complex piece of litigation can be a difficult, lengthy, and multi-faceted process.
