The program will address recent developments with respect to PPP loans, including in Subchapter V bankruptcy cases, and risk of civil and criminal liability associated with PPP debt, which could become heightened with the filing of a bankruptcy petition. Panelists will include a Subchapter V Trustee from the District of Delaware, a PPP lender, and a financial advisor with experience on both the borrower and creditor side of cases involving PPP debt. The panel will take a close look at “real time” developments as borrowers and lenders continue to navigate the changing PPP environment.
