Mark Samson is a managing director with Getzler Henrich, based in New York.  Over the last 21 years he has led more than 140 engagements in operations restructuring, business plan analysis, performance improvement, board member, bankruptcy consulting, cash and vendor management, and composition agreements. Since the beginning of the pandemic, Mark has restructured a number of commercial property leases for retail and restaurant clients, and has assisted clients with obtaining and managing PPP loans.
