International Human Rights policies have become a must-have for multinational employers.

This program will explore why International Human Rights policies have become commonplace among international corporations and the economic and reputational benefits of such policies.

Further, this program will discuss the form Human Rights policies, which employers are generally not legally mandated to implement, might take. Specifically, it will analyze some of the leading International Human Rights benchmarking standards companies should take into account when crafting their own International Human Rights policies.

Finally, the program will analyze the interplay between International Human Rights policies and local law and the practical difficulties associated with implementing and enforcing such policies. Attorneys will walk away with an understanding of the important role of International Human Rights policies in international employment law and how their clients might benefit from implementing such policies.
