Marketing and Business Development for lawyers have changed a lot since the first advertisement of legal services led to the United States Supreme Court Case, Bates v. State Bar of Arizona, 433 U.S. 350 (1977), in which the Court upheld the right of lawyers to advertise their services.

Now, there are many ways to market your services and create new business, and many tactics are coming in the future. This program will discuss how lawyers can develop a book of business using many different tactics and what you may want to look out for in the future. It also teaches you how to do it within the ethical rules of our profession.
