This CLE will address questions that just about every employer is asking right now. Can they, and should they require employees to get the vaccine, to protect themselves and others in their workplaces; what can they do if an employee refuses to return to work if his or her co-workers are not vaccinated; and conversely, what to do if an employee refuses to get vaccinated on religious or other grounds. Finally, this CLE will analyze the recent EEOC guidance on vaccines in the employment context and run through relevant hypotheticals.
