The Program will address legal issues facing landlords and tenants of commercial leases, and parties to pending real estate transactions, impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. It will discuss potential rights and remedies available to the parties and provide practical advice for reaching resolution. The Program will also discuss the legal ramifications of a tenant filing for bankruptcy relief. Lastly, the Program will provide guidance for the reopening of all real estate properties including office buildings, shopping centers and tenant premises.
