In Part 2, Mr. Kornblum will again use segments from the movies to teach pre-trial and trial tactics governing several subjects. The program will focus on good techniques for dealing with witnesses, presenting evidence and portraying your case primarily from the plaintiff's point of view.
This program, conducted by a seasoned litigation and trial lawyer, will emphasize what litigators can learn from movies that raise issues or depict more realistic events, and allow us to reflect on what we can learn from these films that will help us in our trial practice.
There are six movies with seven subjects for reflection plus and eighth topic reflecting on some additional movies that could have been included in this program for your consideration. The scenes chosen will be dramatic depictions but nonetheless demonstrate points that we need to consider in our practice.
Those who attend may have seen the movies which are used in this Webinar but perhaps not reflected on them as we will in this program. While a serious approach to emphasizing the teaching points, the movie scenes and program will also be enjoyable in considering what Mr. Kornblum has chosen to use as examples.
As noted, Mr. Kornblum will also recommend some additional movies and scenes to view if your interest in the topic continues and which were not included because of the time restrictions.
