The program will be an interactive discussion between two seasoned practitioners covering a variety of ethical topics. The first will be a brief overview of the disciplinary system. Then, there will be a wide-ranging discussion of various topics to include: RPC 1.13 representing the corporate organization as a client, 5.3 lawyer responsibility for non-lawyer staff, and a discussion of the disciplinary system and the disciplinary process. Finally, the presenters will explore various hypotheticals and the impact of those Rules on the hypotheticals during their discussion.
