The program will discuss the growing demand for ESG policies and programs in the insurance industry from investors, policy holders and regulators.
The objective of the program will be to provide attorneys with an understanding of the unique aspects of developing and implementing and ESG policy and program in the insurance industry. The program will discuss key regulatory developments, potential regulatory approaches, federal initiatives and responses by the insurance industry. In addition to a discussion of the legal issues associated with ESG, the program will discuss management and other practical issues associated with ESG policy development and implementation in the insurance space.
