The program will discuss the growing demand for ESG policies and programs in the insurance industry from investors, policy holders and regulators.
The objective of the program will be to provide attorneys with an understanding of the unique aspects of developing and implementing and ESG policy and program in the insurance industry. The program will discuss key regulatory developments, potential regulatory approaches, federal initiatives and responses by the insurance industry.
