Our esteemed panel will discuss key issues in dispute resolution, with a focus on the importance of giving a voice to the parties involved in a matter. One of the key advantages of mediation is the ability to be heard by a neutral party who is genuinely interested in the facts and arguments giving rise to the dispute. The ability of the parties to tell their story to someone who is listening and empathetic to their problem is central to a successful mediation.

This program will address the benefits of mediation, the role of the mediator and other parties present at the mediation, the purpose of a mediation statement and other insights into the process, as well as best practices to keep the mediation focused to ensure a successful outcome.
