Attendees will be provided with an overview of the fundamentals of D&O coverage, as well as practical advice for maximizing coverage for corporations, and their corporate boards, when faced with DEI lawsuit(s). Additionally, the program will cover pitfalls to avoid when purchasing and/or renewing D&O coverage and provide guidance on best practices when reporting to and working with D&O insurance carriers. Join Natasha Romagnoli and Hannah Ahn as they discuss how public companies can mitigate risks through insurance as they continue to meet the moment and diversify their ranks.
