Join Tom Jackson and Mike Ginsberg as they focus on the opportunities and dangers presented by Rule 30(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure that allows for the deposition of corporate entities. Topics include preparing and responding to notices, selecting witnesses, asking questions, and defending witnesses. The program also addresses changes currently being considered by the Rule 30(b)(6) Subcommittee on Civil Rules.
