Glassman, Esq., a partner at Kaye Scholer LLP, addresses the question of what is a “green technology patent" and discusses the types of technology encompassed under the "green technology" umbrella. The program includes a discussion of such matters as alternative energy, clean energy, efficient manufacturing processes, energy savings devices and systems, as well as business methods for managing and reducing energy consumption, and for trading emission credits and the like, which have been the subject of recently issued patents.
