This presentation will provide guidance to companies, compliance officials and lawyers on investigation and compliance reviews in the age of remote working. We will focus on the June 2020 guidance by the US Department of Justice on Compliance as well as the Second Edition of the FCPA Resource Guide, released in July 2020. This presentation will cover a variety of reviews including compliance risk assessments and investigations due to whistleblower complaints, proactive due diligence reviews, global compliance reviews and implementation and evaluation of remediation efforts. We will focus on pragmatic approaches to investigations and reviews including bespoke approaches across companies and sectors and discuss ways to assess and strengthen your compliance controls to meet regulators expectations.
