In this program, Labor Management Relations Partner Cary Burke will review major developments from the NLRB over the past year, including 1) wholesale changes to the ways in which a union can organize workers; 2) significant new protections for employees who engage in workplace misconduct; 3) restrictions on post-employment restrictive covenants, as well as confidentiality and non-disparagement provisions; 4) the new Joint Employer final rule, and much more. Along with our year-in-review, we will also look ahead to other issues that we expect will impact employers in the labor landscape in 2024.
