All individuals have implicit biases. It is these implicit biases that can determine the outcome of a jury trial. While all implicit biases cannot be uncovered during the Jury Voir Dire Process, there are things that an attorney can do to lessen the effect of implicit bias. 

This seminar will discuss implicit bias and what attorneys can do to minimize its effects.
