Mediation has become an integral part of every litigation practice. In this one-hour webinar, Robert Jossen, an experienced mediator, arbitrator, and trial lawyer, discusses many of the critical aspects of the mediation process, starting with how to maintain confidentiality in the mediation.

The program also will include discussion on the topics of communicating with the mediator, how to develop a strategy to conduct the mediation, the appropriate timing of mediation in the litigation process and how to assure a full understanding of the process with your client.

The webinar’s objective is to help the practitioner, as well as in-house counsel, be better prepared to represent a client in this important alternative dispute resolution procedure.
