This presentation will cover the fundamentals of IP License Agreements, including in-licenses, out-licenses, and cross-licenses that license intellectual property. The program will cover IP licenses of all types, including patent, copyright, and trademark license agreements, but with an emphasis on patent license agreements. The goal is for participating attorneys to walk away with a basic knowledge regarding the different types of agreements, key clauses, key legal issues for licensees and for licensors, and how those issues are addressed in the various types of agreements and clauses.
