Join us for a webinar on the treatment of intellectual property in bankruptcy, led by Mark Salzberg, a partner in Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLPs Restructuring & Insolvency Practice. The program will begin with a general description of basic bankruptcy terms and concepts, such as the definition of intellectual property under the Bankruptcy Code and what it means to assume or reject a contract.
