During this course, we will go over your rights under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act (PA) and how to ensure federal contractor compliance. This course is primarily designed for contractors handling Federal Government procurement sensitive information. After this presentation, you should be able to answer the following questions:

2. How do I properly redact and store controlled documents?
3. What can I do if someone else wants to obtain my sensitive information that I submitted to the U.S. Government?
