ERISA Litigation involves an extensive range of issues and recent developments, including three major decisions in the United States Supreme Court in the past term offer guidance for both litigating ERISA matters and preventive measures to limit claims exposure related to ERISA-regulated plans. Attendees will hear about recent filings and Department of Labor enforcement priorities as well as developments in discovery practice with the Department of Labor. Recent case filings presenting ERISA claims will be reviewed to convey trends in ERISA cases that will likely continue to arise in the future.
