When we talk about “diverse lawyers,” we generally think of everyone but white men who are not from any historically underrepresented groups but diverse teams -- those with people of different races, genders, sexual orientations, etc. – outperform homogenous teams. In addition, multiple indicators suggest that diverse trial teams stand to outperform traditional trial teams.
