Holland & Knights data strategy, security and privacy attorneys will provide insight and analysis on the latest developments in data privacy regulation and emerging trends in class action litigation. The presenters will introduce various privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the upcoming ballot measure that would enhance CCPAs obligations on businesses, as well as legislative efforts in other states and at the federal level. Attendees will learn about CCPA litigation so far and recent, novel applications of state wiretap statutes to online activities.
