This program will explore the ability and actuality of local communities avoiding the failed American Broadband system by financing, building and operating their own Broadband Networks. 

Since the scourge of COVID-19 began in early 2020, the public has discovered what experts have known for decades: The monopoly run Internet Access Networks in America are built on century old copper lines, delivering horribly slow and low quality internet access, at prices that are staggering.
