Contracts and business relationships are being distorted or even stressed to the breaking point due to the unprecedented economic disruption caused by the Covid-19 virus quarantines and the concomitant cessation of economic activity. What happens to your clients contracts under these circumstances? What happens to your own insurance policies? This program is intended for experienced lawyers who need a refresher on contractual and common law remedies for how contractual provisions can change and adapt to sudden changes in business circumstances including thoughts on how to implement these concepts.
