(a) the retention process;
(b) the roles of the major process participants;
(c) the compensation process; and
(d) litigation traps in a professional's hiring and compensation.
The instructor has more than fifty years of experience in representing every participant in business bankruptcy cases. His current clients include lawyers, financial advisors, investment banks, and accounting firms.
