Success as a lawyer is built not only on what you know, but on the relationships that you develop. One way to build relationships is through mentoring. Great mentoring relationships do not happen without effort. Both mentor and protégée need to take steps to make their relationship a success. This program will discuss the benefits of mentoring, challenges, qualities of successful mentors and protégées, and specific practices and activities in which mentors and protégées can engage to build great mentoring relationships.
