In this presentation, attorney Aaron Solomon and CEO Meredith Parfet will discuss what a business crisis looks like from a client’s point of view and what they may be looking for and not getting from their lawyer. The course will also place the role of a lawyer as an advisor during a crisis within the framework of ABA Model Rule 2.1 and suggest specific techniques for helping clients set priorities to navigate a crisis.
