Ann Kotlarski, Esq. is a partner in the Labor and Employment Department of Bryan Cave LLP, based in its Los Angeles office. A trial lawyer who represents employers in all aspects of employment law and litigation, she has successfully tried cases to verdict and obtained favorable arbitration awards in matters including claims for sexual harassment, disability discrimination, wrongful termination and retaliation. Ms. Kotlarski frequently serves as outside counsel conducting internal investigations and resolving highly sensitive issues. She is a frequent speaker on a wide range of human resource issues and she serves as an instructor for UCLA’s Human Resources Management Certification Program.
