This CLE will examine the 2019 Supreme Court decision in Lamps Plus, in which the Supreme Court held that silence or ambiguity in an arbitration agreement is not sufficient to permit class wide arbitration. This CLE will also examine prior Supreme Court cases regarding class wide arbitration and the impact of Lamps Plus moving forward.
