Studies show that a diverse workforce has a positive impact on business culture, growth, and bottom lines. Yet, some organizations continue to struggle with hurdles related to FLSA, compliance, retaliation, and more. In addition, work production can falter when an employee doesn’t have the confidence that their concerns will be supported.
