Steve Rizzi focuses on patent disputes along with IP counseling and advisory services. He regularly serves as lead counsel in jury and bench patent trials in district courts nationwide and in the ITC. Steve’s commitment to client service and steady hand in complex legal, factual, and technical matters enables him to provide efficient and effective strategies for obtaining optimal results for his clients including favorable settlements, pre-trial ruling, and judgment. In addition, he has counseled clients on litigation avoidance and intellectual property issues arising from tech-driven transactions and licensing agreements.
Steve represents clients from a wide range of industries including semiconductors, software, data storage, telecommunication, LED, pharmaceuticals, gaming, and content distribution.
Steve currently serves as co-chair of the Patent Litigation Committee of the New York Intellectual Property Law Association.
