Siobhan  O'Grady, Esq.

Siobhan T. O’Grady joined Miller Zeiderman LLP in November 2018 after working almost 8 years for the Unified Court System as a Court Attorney to a Supreme Court Justice (5 years) and a Family Court Judge (almost 3 years). Ms. O’Grady has practiced exclusively in the area of matrimonial and family law since joining Miller Zeiderman LLP, litigating custody, financial, support, and abuse/neglect matters in the Family and Supreme Courts in Westchester, Rockland, New York and Kings counties. Ms. O’Grady’s also co-authored two articles published in the New York Law Journal: (i) April 29, 2020 – “Downward Modifications of Child Support, Unemployment and COVID-19”; and (ii) April 26, 2021 – “Relocation: Home is Not Necessarily Where the Heart Is”.  

  

Prior to her position as a Court Attorney, Ms. O’Grady worked for the Columbia County Department of Social Services prosecuting abuse/neglect matters, and also for the New York City Law Department Family Court Division prosecuting juvenile delinquency matters. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pace Law School in 2004. 

  

Ms. O’Grady is a member of the Rockland County Bar Association, and is currently serving as President-Elect of the Rockland County Women’s Bar Association. She volunteers her time as the Co-Chair of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s Planning Committee (Rockland Chapter).
