Ritzel Starleigh Ngo, Esq.

Ritzel Ngo is a family law attorney and principal at Ngo Family Law. Ms. Ngo is experienced in litigating and mediating contentious dissolutions; parentage matters; child custody and visitation, spousal and child support; property division; temporary and permanent restraining orders; including domestic violence, elder abuse, and civil harassment. When feasible, Ms. Ngo encourages settlement and mediation. She initially received family law training from the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s (“LACBA”) Domestic Violence Project. She has practiced before family courts in Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, San Diego, Napa, Santa Clara, San Francisco, Alameda, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties. 

Before practicing family law, Ms. Ngo worked for the Federal Reserve Bank where she handled compliance and regulatory matters. Ms. Ngo earned her law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law. She is a graduate of California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Women’s Studies. Ms. Ngo enjoys gardening, spending time with family and Gonzaga basketball.
