Quinten Kruszka manages ASK LLP’s eDiscovery functions. With a combination of technical and case management skills, he assists attorneys in the strategic and tactical prosecution of eDiscovery practices across the firm’s entire litigation profile. Mr. Kruszka also has significant experience tailoring and managing small to large-scale corporate information environments so that those environments most effectively and efficiently meet their organizations’ eDiscovery risks/obligation. Mr. Kruszka manages ASK LLP’s eDiscovery vendor relationships. He is also actively involved in the firm’s day-to-day case management, providing assistance or action on case preservation, identification, collection, culling, review, and participation needs. As a Certified Blockchain and Law Professional Mr. Kruszka has significant experience and knowledge in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space, providing assistance to the firm as they work to meet clients demands in this rapidly growing and changing environment.
