Peter  Clark, Esq.

Peter Clark represents and counsels management in all phases of labor and employment relations law, in all industries.  Peter's practice focuses on collective bargaining, grievance arbitration and union awareness guidance, as well as employment discrimination and wrongful discharge, wage and hour, occupational safety and health law, employee benefits and employment contracts and related litigation in state and federal trial courts and courts of appeal throughout the United States. 

 

Peter joined KM&M in 2005, after representing management in labor and employment matters at Clifton Budd & DeMaria, LLP in New York, New Jersey and across the country.  Peter’s legal career began at the National Labor Relations Board, in 1973, first with the Office of the General Counsel in Washington, D.C., the Brooklyn Regional Office, and the Newark, New Jersey Regional Office where he was a Supervisory Attorney for five years before entering private practice in 1985.  Peter’s experience at the NLRB included unfair labor practice investigations, trials and appeals, investigating and serving as a hearing officer in jurisdictional dispute and representation cases, and representing the NLRB in injunction and bankruptcy matters in federal court. 

 

A native of Bridgton, Maine, Peter attended Arizona State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree, with Distinction, in 1970, majoring in psychology, and he graduated in 1973 with a Juris Doctor degree from the School of Law of New York University.
