Maxwell  Briskman Stanfield, Esq.

Maxwell Briskman Stanfield is a creative problem solver. His knowledge and experience lend to a range of clients across a number of industries covering a broad spectrum of corporate, business, financial, commercial real estate and entertainment industry transactions. 

 

He regularly assists clients with contract drafting and interpretation; business acquisitions and divestitures; commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, and leasing; financing arrangements (CMBS, traditional bank financing, equity raises); exempt-securities transactions; business entity formation and structure; nonprofit organization matters; and interpretation/negotiation of franchise agreements on behalf of franchisees. He is also a member of the firm’s COVID-19 Small Business Loan Team. 

 

Within his entertainment practice, Maxwell assists production companies, marketing and branding agencies, artists, entertainers, fashion designers, and other creative industry professionals with all aspects of their art form and their business – from advising on general business and intellectual property matters to assisting with any of the needs mentioned above. 

 

He also has experience with IT related matters and software licensing agreements (SaaS, EULA, TOS, MSA, SOW, Ts&Cs). 

 

His clients consist of corporations, businesses, business owners, tech start-ups and spin offs, investors, nonprofit organizations, and other entrepreneurs.
