Louise C. Adamson, Esq. is a partner in the San Francisco office of Perkins Coie LLP, where her practice focuses on real estate, land use and development, including the acquisition and disposition, leasing, financing, entitlement, development, and construction of properties located throughout the United States, together with related business and corporate matters. She is one of the first attorneys in the U.S. to be certified as a LEED® Accredited Professional (LEED®-AP) by the U.S. Green Building Council. Ms. Adamson heads her firm’s sustainable development group, currently serves as the chairman of the American Bar Association Green and Sustainable Transactions Committee, and is a member of the San Francisco mayor’s green tenant task force.
