Lauren T. Stuy, Esq.

Lauren Stuy's interest in litigation drives her developing practice. She has experience assisting with general labor and employment matters as well as class and collective actions. Lauren also has experience working with venture capital funds and startup companies, participating in board meetings and offering potential strategies for transactions. 

 

Notably, Lauren has assisted Baker Hostetler's insurance recovery team in analyzing complex and routine insurance coverage issues, including providing coverage analysis by reviewing hundreds of insurance policies. She is particularly familiar with third-party claims, and understands the importance of framing and explaining the coverage risks that could lead to potential litigation.
