Lariza  Hebert, Esq.

Lariza Hebert is an associate in the firm’s Houston office. Lariza is a litigator and has represented employers in all industries before state and federal courts, and state and federal administrative agencies. She represents clients in a broad range of labor and employment matters, such as discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, misclassification issues, employee leave issues, trade secret litigation, and more.

Lariza also regularly counsels her clients on employment law matters, including ways to reduce risk and comply with local, state, and federal employment laws. She frequently conducts training for her clients on best practices and compliance with laws.

Before joining Fisher Phillips, Lariza worked in-house at a large grocery retailer, which makes her uniquely qualified to represent her clients as an advocate in matters affecting their business.

Lariza was included in the inaugural class of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for Labor and Employment Law – Management.
